Shipping Information

• We offer global shipping (excluding certain regions in Asia and remote areas).

• Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx) is available with delivery within 10–15 days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.

• Free Shipping via EMS is available for orders over $50, with delivery within 15–25 days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns: You may return products within 15 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original condition.

• Exchanges: Available if the requested product is in stock.
